Alex Epstein

Alex Epstein is a screenwriter, author, and narrative director for video games.
Born in New York, he studied Computer Science and English at Yale before pursuing filmmaking at UCLA. Epstein worked as a development executive in the 1990s, which inspired his book "Crafty Screenwriting." In 2000, he moved to Montreal and began his screenwriting career, co-creating the TV series "Naked Josh" and co-writing the film "Bon Cop / Bad Cop." He has also worked on video games like "Contrast" and "We Happy Few." Epstein lives in Montreal with his wife, author Lisa Hunter, and their two children.
