With over 35 years of experience, he has focused on integrating leadership, mastery, and consciousness.

Anderson created The Leadership Circle Profile, a widely-used leadership assessment tool.

He works with CEOs and leadership teams to improve effectiveness and partners with consultants worldwide.

Anderson holds degrees in Economics and Organizational Development and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Notre Dame.

He co-authored "Mastering Leadership" and is recognized for his innovative contributions to leadership development and research.
