Carol S. Pearson

Carol S. Pearson, Ph.D. is an accomplished author and scholar known for her work on archetypes and leadership.

She has written several bestselling books, including "The Hero Within" and "Persephone Rising." Pearson has held senior positions in academia, including president of Pacifica Graduate Institute and executive director of the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership at the University of Maryland.

She has also worked as a consultant for corporations and government agencies.

Pearson's research focuses on leadership challenges in the 21st century, and her work has been recognized by the International Leadership Association.

She currently resides in the Washington, DC area with her husband.
