Cary L. Cooper

Sir Cary Lynn Cooper, CBE AcSS is a prominent British psychologist specializing in organizational psychology and health.

Born in America in 1940, he currently serves as a professor at Lancaster University Management School.

Cooper's career includes leadership roles at the Manchester School of Management and UMIST, where he was Pro-Vice Chancellor and Deputy Vice Chancellor.

He has made significant contributions to management education, including founding the British Academy of Management and serving as its first president.

Cooper also established the Journal of Organizational Behavior as its founding editor-in-chief, further cementing his influence in the field of organizational psychology.
