Chad Sanders

Chad Sanders is a writer, entrepreneur, and former tech executive.

He graduated from Morehouse College before working at Google, where he experienced the challenges of navigating predominantly white corporate spaces as a Black man.

This experience inspired him to explore the concept of "Black Magic" - the unique strengths and abilities Black individuals develop through their experiences.

Sanders left Google to pursue writing and entrepreneurship.

In addition to authoring "Black Magic," he has written for publications like The New York Times and contributed to television shows.

Sanders is known for his candid and insightful perspectives on race, success, and identity in America.
