Chip Heath
Chip Heath is a professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
He earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M and his Ph.D. in Psychology from Stanford.
Heath is known for his research on decision-making, organizational behavior, and idea communication.
He co-authored the bestselling book "Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard" with his brother Dan Heath.
Their collaboration on "Made to Stick" and other works has made them influential voices in business and psychology, particularly in the areas of change management and effective communication strategies.
