Dallas Willard was a prominent philosopher and Christian thinker who served as a Professor in the School of Philosophy at the University of Southern California from 1965 until his death.
He held various academic positions, including Director of the School of Philosophy at USC from 1982-1985.
Willard's educational background included studies at William Jewell College, Tennessee Temple College, and Baylor University, where he earned degrees in Psychology, Philosophy, and Religion.
He completed his Ph.D. in Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin in 1964.
