Danny Sugerman

Daniel Stephen Sugerman , known as Danny, was a prominent figure in the Los Angeles rock scene.

He became the second manager of The Doors at a young age and developed a close relationship with Jim Morrison.

Sugerman authored several books about Morrison and The Doors, including the popular biography "No One Here Gets Out Alive." His own memoir, "Wonderland Avenue," details his experiences in the music industry and his struggle with drug addiction.

Sugerman's writing style is noted for its personal tone and strong voice.

Despite overcoming his heroin addiction, he passed away in 2005 at the age of 50 due to lung cancer.
