Edith Eger

Edith Eva Eger is a Holocaust survivor, psychologist, and author born in Hungary in 1927.

At 16, she was sent to Auschwitz, where she endured unimaginable horrors but survived through inner strength and determination.

After the war, Eger moved to the United States, where she pursued education and became a renowned clinical psychologist specializing in treating trauma and PTSD. Drawing from her own experiences and professional expertise, she developed a unique approach to healing and personal growth.

Eger wrote her memoir, "The Choice," at the age of 90, sharing her story of survival, resilience, and the power of choice in overcoming life's challenges.
