Hannah Brencher is a writer and speaker known for founding The World Needs More Love Letters, a global initiative encouraging handwritten letters to strangers.
Born and raised in Connecticut, she graduated from Assumption College before moving to New York City for a year of service.
Hannah Brencher's experiences during this time, including struggles with depression and finding purpose, inspired her to start leaving anonymous love letters around the city.
This project evolved into her website and eventually her memoir.
Brencher has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Glamour, and other major publications.
She continues to write and speak about mental health, faith, and the power of human connection.
