Jacqueline Winspear

Jacqueline Winspear is an English-born author who emigrated to the United States in 1990.

She grew up in Kent and studied at the University of London before working in academic publishing and marketing.

Winspear pursued her dream of becoming a writer while living in the US, contributing to journals and magazines.

She is best known for her New York Times bestselling Maisie Dobbs series, which has earned numerous awards, including the Agatha, Alex, and Macavity awards.
