Jeff Foster
Jeff Foster graduated in Astrophysics from Cambridge University in 2001.
After experiencing severe depression and illness, he became intensely focused on spiritual enlightenment.
His search ended with the realization of Oneness, leading him to write and speak about nonduality.
Foster holds meetings and retreats in the UK and Europe, discussing the nature of mind and the clarity inherent in everything.
His approach, described as uncompromising yet compassionate and humorous, aims to reveal the awakening that is always present in the midst of life, rather than something to be achieved in the future.
