Jennifer Petriglieri

Jennifer Petriglieri is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. Her research focuses on identity, leadership, and career development, with a particular interest in how relationships shape professional and personal growth.

Petriglieri has been recognized for her work, including being shortlisted for Thinkers50 awards and named one of the best 40 business school professors under 40.

She has extensive experience in leadership development initiatives for multinational companies.

Petriglieri holds a PhD from INSEAD, an MBA from IMD, and a BSc from Nottingham University.

She lives in France with her husband and two children, embracing a dual-career lifestyle.
