Jocko Willink
Jocko Willink is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer who served for 20 years, including combat deployments to Iraq.
He led SEAL Team Three's Task Unit Bruiser in the Battle of Ramadi and later served as a Navy SEAL instructor.
After retiring from the military, Willink co-founded Echelon Front, a leadership consulting firm, where he applies his combat and training experiences to help businesses and organizations improve their leadership and team performance.
He is also known for his podcast, "Jocko Podcast," where he discusses leadership, discipline, and personal development.
Willink's no-nonsense approach and emphasis on extreme ownership have made him a popular figure in leadership and self-improvement circles.
