Joseph E. Aoun is the seventh President of Northeastern University and a renowned scholar in linguistics.
He is recognized for his expertise in global and experiential education.
Aoun previously held positions at the University of Southern California and earned his Ph.D. from MIT. He has received advanced degrees from universities in France and Lebanon.
