She has written eighteen novels, including standalone psychological thrillers and the Bailey Weggins mystery series.

White's first mystery became a bestseller and her books have been published in over 30 countries.

She frequently speaks at libraries and book conferences and has appeared on various television shows.

In addition to fiction, White has authored career books and edited the Mystery Writers of America Cookbook.

She holds an honorary doctorate from Union College and splits her time between the United States and Uruguay.
