Mike Hayes

Mike Hayes is a former Navy SEAL with an impressive career spanning military, government, and business sectors.

As the ex-Commanding Officer of SEAL Team TWO, he led a large Special Operations Task Force in Afghanistan.

Hayes served as a White House Fellow and worked with Presidents Bush and Obama.

He holds advanced degrees from Harvard and Holy Cross.

Currently, Hayes is the Chief Digital Transformation Officer at VMware, following leadership roles at Cognizant and Bridgewater Associates.

His military honors include Bronze Stars and the Defense Superior Service Medal.

Hayes is involved with various organizations and resides in Connecticut with his family.
