Nicci French

Nicci French is the pseudonym for the husband-and-wife writing team of Nicci Gerrard and Sean French.

Both studied English Literature at Oxford University but didn't meet until 1990.

They married that same year and began collaborating on novels in 1995.

Their first joint work, The Memory Game, was published in 1997.

Since then, they have written numerous successful psychological thrillers under the Nicci French name.

Both authors also continue to write separately, with Nicci working as a journalist and Sean publishing novels and non-fiction works.

Their collaborative style has earned them a dedicated readership and critical acclaim in the suspense genre.
