Pamela Spiro Wagner

Pamela Spiro Wagner is a writer and artist living with schizophrenia, narcolepsy, and CNS Lyme disease.

Despite spending years in psychiatric units, she has achieved notable success, including graduating magna cum laude from Brown University and winning poetry awards.

Wagner co-authored "Divided Minds" with her twin sister, a psychiatrist, which won the NAMI Outstanding Literature Award.

She has published in prestigious outlets like the New York Times and is also a prolific self-taught artist.

Wagner has released poetry collections about mental illness and continues to create art and writing, sharing her work on her blog.

Originally from Connecticut, she now resides in Vermont.
