Park Seolyeon
Park Seolyeon is a South Korean novelist born in 1989.
She made her literary debut in 2015 with the short story "The Mickey Mouse Club," which won the Silcheon Munhak New Writer's Award.
In 2018, she received the 23rd Hankyoreh Literature Award for her novel "Kang Juryong, the Woman in the Air." Park's writing focuses on love and the voices of marginalized groups in society, including women, the elderly, and sexual minorities.
Her works explore themes of exclusion and concealment, using these perspectives to shed light on societal issues.
