Rosita Arvigo

Rosita Arvigo is an American author, naprapathic physician, and herbalist who has dedicated her life to studying and preserving traditional Mayan healing practices.

After moving to Belize with her family in the 1980s, she became an apprentice to Don Elijio Panti, a renowned Mayan healer.
