Sarai Johnson

Sarai Johnson is an accomplished writing educator based in the DC-Metropolitan Area.

With over a decade of experience, her career began in lifestyle journalism, working for publications like The Indianapolis Star and DC Modern Luxury.

Johnson has taught writing at Howard University and American University, where she earned degrees in Journalism and Literature.

She has also worked with writing nonprofits Shout Mouse Press and Writopia Lab.

Currently, Johnson teaches full-time at Howard University while working on her second novel.
