Satoshi Yagisawa

Satoshi Yagisawa is a Japanese author born in Chiba, Japan, in 1977.
He graduated from the College of Art at Nihon University.
His debut novel, Days at the Morisaki Bookshop, was published in 2009 and won the Chiyoda Literature Prize.
The book was later adapted into a film in 2010, starring Akiko Kikuchi.
Yagisawa is known to frequent Kanda Brazil in Tokyo, where he enjoys coffee.
He has a passion for playing the guitar.
His work explores themes of personal growth and the impact of literature on people's lives.
