Scarlett Thomas

Scarlett Thomas is a British author and academic born in 1972.

She has written several acclaimed novels for adults, including PopCo and The End of Mr Y, as well as a children's fantasy series.

Her work has been translated into over 25 languages and received numerous accolades.

Thomas currently serves as Professor of Creative Writing & Contemporary Fiction at the University of Kent.

She resides in a Victorian house near the sea and draws inspiration from authors like Chekhov and Katherine Mansfield.

In addition to her literary pursuits, Thomas is working on television projects and a new novel.
